Structured64 designs and builds websites, AI chat receptionists, AI phone receptionists, and related systems for businesses. Specific scope, deliverables, and timeline are confirmed in writing at the consultation before any payment.
Builds begin with a 50% deposit; the balance is due at launch. Monthly services (hosting, maintenance, assistant updates) are billed in advance and may be canceled anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We accept Stripe, PayPal, and Zelle.
There is no long-term contract. If you cancel before launch, you are refunded the deposit minus work already completed and approved. After launch, monthly services can be canceled at any time with no fee. Your site files are yours on request.
The standard launch target is 7–10 business days from receipt of complete business information and client approval. Timelines are confirmed per project at consultation. Delays caused by pending client input or approval pause the clock.
You provide accurate business information (services, pricing, hours, policies) and approve the build before launch. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business facts we are told to train the assistant on, and for any claims regulated industries require.
AI assistants answer questions and capture leads based on the business information provided. They are tools, not employees: responses are generated automatically and Structured64 is not liable for business decisions made from an assistant conversation. Assistants may occasionally make errors; report issues and we will correct them.
You may not use our systems to send unlawful content, mislead consumers about regulated offerings, or violate platform rules of any integrated service.
Upon full payment, the website design and content are yours. Structured64 retains ownership of its reusable frameworks, tooling, and the Structured Intelligence methodology.
