Structured64 ("we", "us") builds websites and AI receptionist systems for local service businesses. This policy explains what we collect on structured64.site and on client sites we operate, and what we do with it.
When you use our contact form or chat with an assistant, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, business name, and your message. Assistants may also capture these details from the conversation itself.
Contact details and chat summaries are used to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and follow up on your request. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Lead records are stored on our servers in the United States and are accessible only to Structured64 personnel responsible for responding to inquiries.
Chat messages are processed by an AI model to generate responses. Message content needed to answer you is transmitted to our AI provider for processing and is not used by the provider to train their models.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Basic hosting-level logs (IP address, request time) are retained for security and abuse prevention.
You may request deletion of your lead record or chat history at any time by contacting us through the form on the homepage. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.
